1. Each adult borrower is responsible for all materials charged in his or her name. Parents or legal guardian are responsible for materials charged by their child.

2. Best sellers and new books can be found on the spinner rack located at the entrance to the library. Books remain on the new bookshelf for three months or as long as they are on the Bestseller list.

3. All books, videos and audios are loaned for a two-week period, and may be renewed.

4. Paperback books may be exchanged one for one, with no obligation. As a courtesy to others, if you take westerns, we ask you to replace them with western paperbacks.

5. There is a $15.00 service charge on all returned checks. Checks may be made for the amount of purchase only.

6. Library cards are issued at no charge to residents of Lemhi County. If you live out of the library district, a card may be purchased for $30.00 per person per year. This is to replace the property taxes that residents must pay.
